After a long weekend of teaching and dancing, my confidence is renewed.
At the end of the long month, I once again assess what I’ve learned from the writing challenge known as NaBloPoMo 2015 (and see if it differs from 2014).
NaBloPoMo, while rewarding, isn’t the most stress-free of activities, not to mention the other things stressing me out right now. So I’m thinking about what I do to combat or relieve stress.
Instead of feeling like I’ve accomplished nothing after a long day, I use these two simple hacks to make me feel more productive.
